VERY IMPORTANT THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW BEFORE TAGGING TOTO
1) If your character is going to physically attack Toto, please discuss with me first! There's some potential issues that I'd like to prevent. One of them being the possibility of him shanking you.
2) If your character knows about Deadman Wonderland's underground fights, the Carnival Corpse, please do not mention anything about blood users to Toto. Or rather, don't mention that there's a concentration of blood users in Deadman Wonderland. At this point in time, if he was to find out about DMW, he's likely to return there instead of having 4423 pirate shenanigans.
